The Company and affiliates own and manage over 6.5 million square feet of commercial office, retail shopping centers and malls, industrial and flex space. In addition the Company owns hundreds of acres of land slated for future development.

With significant cash on hand for investments, real estate acquisitions during depressed market periods and value add repositioning of these assets has become the core competency of the Company. All non-stabilized projects (including all land and distressed purchases) are held free and clear. Purchases are made all cash utilizing short due diligence periods. Financing is used reservedly and only on a portion of the stabilized assets.

Once exclusively based in the Washington Metropolitan Area (Maryland and Virginia) Berman and affiliates have branched out with ownership of assets in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida.
